form does not recognize my user name and password?
SOLUTION
(A): If this is your first login,
the user name and password you have been supplied
with is 'case sensitive', i.e these must
be put into the login form EXACTLY as
you have received them taking care to note whether
your user name has upper and/or lower case characters.
SOLUTION
(B): You have incorrect password.
Go to the 'Forgotten Password Feature' on
the login page, put your e-mail address into
the provided form and your correct password will
be e-mailed to you.
SOLUTION
(C): You are using a user name and
password provided by another company and not 241leads.com.
Please ensure that you only use the user name
and password provided by 241leads.com
as any other user name and password will not
gain entry to the 'Administration & Marketing
Center'.
SOLUTION
(D): When typing or copying and pasting
into the login form make sure you do not have
any spaces at the end of either your user name
or password and try again.
